Installation and assembly

• Be especially careful when opening packages to avoid accidental damage to the product.
• It is recommended to carry out assembly work on a soft protective surface to minimize the risk of scratches and damage to both the floor and the product surface.
• It is recommended that carrying and assembly (if required) be performed by at least two people, depending on the size and weight of the product. The product should not be dragged; it must be carried without additional load, holding only elements permanently connected to the structure. This increases safety, minimizes the risk of accidents, and prevents possible damage to the product.
• Make sure that the product is placed on an even surface and properly leveled to ensure stability, balance, and to avoid tilting, which may cause damage or tipping over.
• To ensure stability and safety, it is recommended to fix the product to the wall using appropriate fittings suitable for the type of surface. This is especially important for tall, narrow products, those with extensions, and those with many drawers.
• Before wall-mounting, check the stability of the wall or surface to which the product will be fixed, and make sure that no electrical wires, gas, water, heating pipes, or other infrastructure elements run in the installation area. Ensure that plugs, screws, or other accessories are suitable for the type of wall (e.g. brick, concrete, wood), as well as for the weight of the product and its intended load. For safety, it is recommended to use protective glasses and clothing.
• No drilling should be carried out on mirror or glass panels.
• It is recommended to use felt pads under the product to prevent scratches on the surface it is placed on.
• The packaging may contain small parts for assembly. Watch out for scratches and the risk of swallowing by children or animals.
• Keep packaging out of reach of children and animals. Protective foil may pose a suffocation hazard.
• Do not modify the product.

Usage guidelines

• Do not use the product in a way inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Product intended for indoor use only. Do not expose the product to weather conditions such as rain, snow, or excessive sunlight.
• Keep away from fire and heat sources, as this may damage the product and even pose a fire risk.
• Wooden products exposed to intense sunlight may show discoloration, as UV radiation naturally darkens wood and makes the grain more pronounced.
• The product should be used in optimal conditions, i.e. temperature 18-24°C and air humidity 50-65%. Values below or above this range may cause cracking, swelling, and deformation of wooden surfaces, as well as corrosion of steel and cast-iron elements.
• Do not leave spilled liquids on the product or expose it to long-term water contact, as this may cause damage. Avoid aggressive chemicals and placing hot objects (e.g. cups, pots) directly on the surface.
• Do not cut directly on the product surface, as this may cause damage. Always use proper accessories such as a cutting board.
• Wooden products are not scratch-resistant, especially from sharp clothing elements or pet claws.
• Movable parts of the furniture, such as doors, drawers, or shelves, should not be left open unnecessarily, as this may damage the furniture, increase accident risks, and pose a safety hazard. Be careful when opening drawers, as excessive extension may cause them to fall out if no safety stops are present.
• Overloading drawers may cause damage to slides or drawer bottoms.
• Glass elements are not load-bearing, so do not lean on them, use them for carrying, or apply excessive pressure. Products with glass should not be exposed to shocks or impacts, which may cause cracks or breakage.
• Ensure even weight distribution on the product. In bookcases, cabinets, dressers, and display cabinets, the heaviest items should be placed on lower shelves or drawers, while lighter ones on top. This helps maintain stability and prevents tipping over.
• New products may initially emit an odor that can last for several weeks. Its intensity decreases over time and depends on factors such as temperature and ventilation. In case of discomfort, it is recommended to ventilate regularly, especially for people with allergies or asthma.
• The product is not intended for children under 3 years of age or people with limited physical, sensory, or mental abilities, unless used under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety.
• Educate children about safe use of the product and make them aware that standing, jumping, hanging, climbing, swinging, or crawling inside may cause serious accidents, pose a risk to life and health, and damage the product. Extra caution is required for products that a child could overturn, climb into, or for beds with storage and lift-up frames.
• It is recommended to regularly check the technical condition of the product. If stability is lost or damage or deformation occurs, discontinue use.

Care and maintenance

• Clean with a dry or slightly damp cotton cloth, avoiding excess water, strong cleaners, multipurpose agents, and rough sponges.
• If using care or maintenance products, ensure they are suitable for the wood type or finish. Apply the product to a cloth, not directly to the surface. Regardless of the chosen agent, test it first on a small, inconspicuous area to ensure it does not damage the product.
• When cleaning floors, avoid moisture accumulation under the products.

Disposal

• Dispose of products in accordance with bulky waste disposal regulations.
• Packaging materials such as foil or paper should be disposed of in compliance with waste separation rules. Paper should go to paper bins, foil to plastic bins.
• Remember that products in good condition can be donated to charities or upcycled into a new unique form.
