Why DO WE HAVE A DATA PROTECTION POLICY?

In connection with the entry into force of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, we are introducing a Data Protection Policy. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1), hereinafter: "GDPR". We therefore present to you the document entitled "Data Protection Policy B2B.SEARTGROUP.COM" (hereinafter: "Policy"), which is intended to show you how we collect, process and protect the personal data of individuals in our company and what rights they have and how they can exercise them.

WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?

We collect data to better tailor our shop's offering to our customers' needs, and providing this data is entirely voluntary unless it is necessary for the provision of a service. At the stage when you are not yet our customer, but are only interested in our offer and you are surfing our website, we collect the data for statistical purposes of the visit to the website and the sub-pages of the shop. At this point, we are not yet able to assign this data to a specific person. We only know your gender, age and interests. Please note that a wholesale customer in our shop can only be an entrepreneur, i.e. a person who buys our products for the purpose of direct resale. with their business activity and are not entitled to the rights to which a consumer is entitled, in particular those arising from the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827).

If our cooperation develops and you wish to place an order in our shop, we will ask you to conclude a cooperation agreement and a data processing commissioning agreement. In these contracts you will give us your first and last name and name or company name of the company you represent, your home/domicile address, your NIP and possibly the names and telephone numbers of employees from your company who can be contacted. If the goods are shipped directly from our warehouse to your customer, also provide us with your customer's name, address and telephone number. You can rest assured. This data is only used to deliver our goods to your customer at your request. We collect this data in order to process the order you have placed, to fulfil the concluded purchase contract and to deliver the goods to the place you have specified.

Do YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE DATA YOU HAVE PROVIDED TO US?

You have the right to unrestricted access to the personal data we process and the right to rectify it at any time. In order to clarify any doubts you may have about the processing of your personal data by us and to exercise your rights (see below), we have appointed a Data Protection Officer in our company whom you can contact by email: iod@seart.pl You can also use the account service to correct your personal data.
