WHY WE ARE IMPLEMENTING A PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY?

We are amending the privacy policy in effect until 31.07.2023 due to the agreement concluded between Seart Group Ltd. in Kotlice and Anna Sekuła PHUP "SEART". According to this agreement, starting from 01.08.2023, the Company will perform all activities related to the operation of this website, sale of goods, and processing of personal data.

The privacy policy aims to show you how we collect, process, and protect your personal data in our Company, what rights you have in this regard, and how you can exercise them.

WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?

The entity responsible for processing your personal data is SEART GROUP sp. z o.o. with its headquarters in Kotlice, Kotlice 103, 26- 020 Chmielnik entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Kielce X Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number 1035186, with the share capital equal to PLN 200,000, NIP: 6572978750, REGON: 525261895 hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".

WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?

We collect data to better tailor our shop's offering to our customers' needs, and providing this data is entirely voluntary unless it is necessary for the provision of a service. If our cooperation develops and you wish to place an order in our shop, we will ask you to conclude a cooperation agreement and a data processing commissioning agreement. In these contracts you will give us your first and last name and name or company name of the company you represent, your home/domicile address, your NIP and possibly the names and telephone numbers of employees from your company who can be contacted. If the goods are shipped directly from our warehouse to your customer, also provide us with your customer's name, address and telephone number. You can rest assured. This data is only used to deliver our goods to your customer at your request. We collect this data in order to process the order you have placed, to fulfil the concluded purchase contract and to deliver the goods to the place you have specified.

You have the right to unrestricted access to the personal data we process and the right to rectify it at any time.
